(Print) (3D) (Art Direction)Beacon Quarterly is a multimedia platform and printed magazine with a focus in music, fashion, art & design. During my time as an intern I was tasked with designing the publication’s first issue in its fourth volume, No. 13 Bench Warmer.
Though each design intern is tasked with designing an issue in its entirety over the course of an internship, the first issue of each volume establishes an art direction for the each of the successive issues in that volume. With Bench Warmer it was my task to examine the ways in which sport and art intersect while also designing a visual system that was flexible enough to accomodate a variaty of creative themes and art.
